History
The first aerobatic team from Royal Netherlands Air Force was formed in 1953 from No.314 Squadron. The team flew F-84G Thunderjets and their first display was on July 18, 1953 at Soesterberg for the 40th anniversary of the Royal Netherlands Air Force. The team was named the “Red Noses”. In 1956, the team transitioned to F-84F Thunderstreak fighters and they performed for a last time in August 1957 at the International Air Show Ypenburg.Gallery
