History
In early 1957, the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) decided to form an aerobatic display team with four Gloster Meteor Mk.8 fighters. Known as the "Ruiten Vier" (or Diamonds Four), the team was formed by No. 327 Squadron at Soesterberg. This team performed a lot of demonstrations across Europe throughout 1957 before being disbanded.Gallery
